Description

Columbia Memorial Hospital (CMH) is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee and strategize for all HR department functions.

As HR Manager, you'll establish and administer hiring and terminating employees, compensation, personnel policies, employee relations, and employee benefits. Your collaborative problem-solving and people skills will drive your success as you work with multiple stakeholders across all organizational levels.

You will provide leadership, guidance, and support in developing, implementing, and reviewing Human Resource functions. This position acts as a resource to staff and management regarding Human Resource standards and practices to assure that CMH remains in compliance of all necessary laws and that a spirit of fairness is fostered.

What Matters Most

• 5+ years of HR experience (2+ years of HR Management experience preferred)
• In-depth knowledge of HR development
• Proven experience in Compensation, Labor Relations, and Investigation Skills
• Bachelor's degree in related field (Master's degree preferred)
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred

Job Requirements

Knowledge of/Skill/Ability to: Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and to make independent decisions, excellent listening, customer service and employee relation skills. Prior experiences in Human Resources and training experiences required. Good computer skills, and analytical abilities, including a knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and the Internet. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent time management and a willingness to multitask. Collaborative management skills.
