The Compensation and Benefits Director is responsible for:
Responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance and oversight of all compensation and benefits activities and initiatives. Develops strategies to integrate compensation, benefits, and other rewards of work in support of the mission and strategic goals of TMH. Manages all departmental budgetary responsibilities in a manner that is consistent with expectations and desired outcomes, as established by his/her immediate superior and the office of the CFO. Includes meeting budget, demonstrating cost savings and generating projected revenues. Administers the compensation program(s) at TMH Conducts position and market analyses. Administers TMH benefit programs Interfaces with the HRIS System Assess trends, projects budgets, prepares internal reports, and administers surveys Collaborates with Finance to develop the TMH compensation (salary and benefits) budgets and prepares salary and benefits budget recommendations for annual budget. Understands the business objectives, constraints and strategies of TMH and develops compensation & benefits strategies considering associates at all levels of the organization.
Bachelor's degree (Human Resources/Business or related field preferred)
Preferred Education:
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
Required Experience:
Five years directly related experience in compensation and benefits administration. Requires a broad-based background in developing, implementing and directing competitive compensation and benefit plans. Excellent oral and written skills are mandatory. Excellent analytical skills to model compensation and benefit plan design and report-related expenses. Excellent planning, time management, decision-making, presentation, organization and interpersonal skills.
