Salary: $23.25/hour or $31/hour minimum. Job/salary offer would be commensurate with job level and experience.

Requirements
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Payroll Spec I Minimum: Three years’ human resources experience with expertise in one of the following: recruiting, compensation, benefits, training and development or employee relations; or equivalent combination of education/training and experience. A Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or related field may be substituted for 2 years’ experience. Knowledge of HR best practices and regulatory environment.
Preferred: PHR, SPHR, CCP, CBP or equivalent professional certification. Experience in the banking industry.
Payroll Spec II Minimum: Five years’ human resources experience with expertise in one of the following: recruiting, compensation, benefits, learning and development, or employee relations and good working knowledge of a secondary human resources function; or equivalent combination of education/training and experience. A Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or related field may be substituted for 2 years’ experience. Knowledge of HR best practices and regulatory environment.
Preferred: PHR, SPHR, CCP, CBP or equivalent professional certification. Experience in the banking industry. Lead or supervisory experience.
