The Eye Center is seeking an experienced comprehensive ophthalmologist/cataract surgeon to join our established, physician-owned private practice in Eugene, Oregon. The Opportunity
Immediate access to high surgical volume, including cataract and refractive surgery Ability to shape clinical offerings, operational workflows, and long-term strategy Established infrastructure that supports growth without the burden of building from scratch Highly experienced clinical and administrative support staff Two satellite clinics on the Oregon Coast (Florence and Newport) provide geographic reach and growth opportunity Light call responsibilities: shared among all area ophthalmologists (approximately 2–3 weeks annually); no required hospital call, with optional compensated hospital call available
