As an HR Manager/Senior HR Generalist, you’ll be a trusted partner to employees and leaders within field operations and sales, driving HR strategies that support business success and employee growth. This position is based onsite five days a week in our corporate headquarters in Fulton, MD. We welcome applicants from across the Baltimore/DC metro area including nearby cities such as Maple Lawn, Columbia, Laurel, Bowie, Odenton, Crofton, Hanover, and other surrounding areas.
What You'll Do:
- Partner with business leaders to align on compensation, compliance, succession planning, performance management, and talent development.
- Support recruiting and onboarding in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring a smooth new-hire experience.
- Foster positive employee relations, building trust and credibility while balancing business needs and mitigating risk.
- Lead fair and timely workplace investigations and recommend resolutions aligned with company policies and practices.
- Execute HR programs and initiatives, including policy development, employee engagement, recognition, DE&I, and ESG efforts.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, etc.).
- Promote employee growth and retention by supporting development resources, training opportunities, and career pathways.

Requirements
What We're Looking For (Basic Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required, with major concentration in HR or business-related field preferred
- 4+ years of experience in core Human Resources, Talent Management and/or or Talent Acquisition
- 3+ years in HR client support
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms such a UKG, ADP, or similar systems
- Experience supporting multi-site or geographically dispersed client groups
- Change management experience
- Strong communication (written and verbal), facilitation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build partnerships across all levels of the organization
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
- A strong sense of urgency and responsiveness with the flexibility to address critical HR matters beyond standard office hours
