Following significant expansion in 2024, n2 Group is seeking an HR Generalist to provide essential support to our US subsidiaries. Working with the Head of HR and the wider HR Team, you will play a key role in shaping HR policies and processes across our U.S. subsidiaries, support the implementation of an HRIS system, and provide expert guidance on ER matters; ensuring compliance with federal and state laws. 

The Role

We’re looking for a skilled HR Generalist to join our team on a part-time and fully remote basis. You’ll be managing and refining HR administrative processes, with a key focus on redesigning the onboarding experience while we implement a new HRIS.  In addition to overseeing HR documentation and compliance, you will liaise with the wider team to deliver expert guidance on ER matters and support broader HR initiatives.  This role offers the opportunity to enhance operational efficiency and contribute to key organizational decisions. 

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

•       Provide generalist HR support across the full employee lifecycle and contribute to wider HR projects.
•       Oversee benefits administration for our U.S. based subsidiaries.
•       Maintain and update employee handbooks, ensuring compliance with evolving state and federal legislation.
•       Manage and resolve Employee Relations cases, ensuring legal compliance and best practices.
•       Provide expert HR advice to managers and employees on policies, procedures, and employment law.
•       Support the implementation and adoption of a new HRIS system.
•       Assist in policy development, updates, and staff training.
•       Support recruitment processes as needed.

 Key Requirements

•       Strong HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
•       Proven track record in managing a range of Employee Relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
•       Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state employment law, with the ability to apply it effectively.
•       Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with strong numeracy skills.
•       Excellent communication skills, confident in building relationships, influencing stakeholders, and providing clear, concise advice.
•       Ability to display authenticity while maintaining professionalism.
•       Team-oriented, adaptable, and flexible in a dynamic environment.
•       Strong people skills, with a leadership-by-example approach.
•       Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a proactive "can-do" attitude.
•       Experience handling ER issues with the ability to navigate and resolve challenges effectively.

What Will Make You Stand Out from Other Applicants?

•       Experience using and implementing HiBob or another proprietary HRIS.
•       Experience in acquisitions and change management.
•       PHR or SHRM-CP qualification (preferred, but we welcome applicants with equivalent experience).
•       Working knowledge of SharePoint.
