Overview

We are looking for a Workday Talent Management Specialist. You will report to the Senior Manager of Talent Experience and provide Workday talent management support for the organization and also contributes to the development and implementation of the Bank's talent management strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Provide People & Culture technology administration and support for our talent management functionality in Workday, including performance management, talent review and calibration, talent pools, succession, new leader identification.
  • Support the Talent Experience team by collaborating in designing an integrated talent management strategy that supports the Bank's strategies, including a comprehensive approach for assessing and managing talent across the Bank.
  • Support the Talent Experience team by collaborating in addressing talent and development needs by setting a tailored talent management strategy, building a framework for a regular review of talent, advising on talent programs including emerging leaders, entry-level career pipelines.
  • Provide guidance and training resources to Bank leaders and employees on Workday talent management features, such as performance management, talent pools, succession.
  • Collaborate with the larger Talent Experience team to develop talent management strategies to support Bank initiatives, including DEI, hybrid work. Connect proposed strategies with Workday functionality and provide recommendations on tactical approach for implementation and execution.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Education or commensurate experience
  • 3 years’ experience in Human Resources or related field Or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field AND 2+ years work experience with Human Resources or related processes (e.g., training, performance management) and a combination of the following:
    • Advanced Workday experience including providing Workday implementation and post-implementation support
    • Human Resources Professional Certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, or SHRM) helpful
    • Excellent verbal, written, project leadership and interpersonal communication skills
    • Experience partnering with clients and across Human Resources to provide customer-centric business solutions
