About the Role:
As an Associate Analyst, HR Technology, you will support the ongoing operation, configuration, and optimization of JSX's HR technology platforms, including Workday and UKG Pro. This early-career role serves as a first point of contact for HR system questions, assists with configuration and reporting, and partners closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and vendors to ensure data integrity and system effectiveness. This is a hands-on opportunity to build deep experience in modern HR systems while supporting critical business initiatives.
A Day in the Life:
Your day will be collaborative and detail-focused, centered on supporting HR systems that power the Crewmember experience across the organization. Additional responsibilities include:
Supporting configuration, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of Workday functional areas including HCM, Benefits, US Payroll, Time Tracking, Scheduling, Absence, Recruiting, Learning, Help, and Financials.
Assisting with the configuration and daily support of UKG Pro modules including HCM, Benefits Hub, Recruiting, Learning, Performance Management, and Workforce Management (Kronos).
Serving as the Tier 1 point of contact for HR Technology inquiries by troubleshooting and resolving user-reported issues and escalating complex cases as needed.
Creating and maintaining job aids, quick-reference guides, FAQs, and other documentation to support user adoption and self-service.
Partnering with Learning & Development to support training sessions, classes, and webinars related to Workday usage.
Administering security roles and user access in Workday and UKG Pro in alignment with data governance and confidentiality standards.
Collaborating with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and business partners to identify opportunities to improve configuration, reporting, and HR technology processes.
Supporting additional projects or responsibilities as business needs evolve.

Required Experience:
Associate degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, IT, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
12 years of experience in HR analytics, HRIS, or HR technology implementations with a foundational understanding of HR principles.
Preferred Experience:
Experience working with HR technology platforms, particularly Workday and/or UKG Pro.
Experience in aviation, transportation, or similarly regulated industries.
Skills, Licenses, & Certifications:
Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
General knowledge of HR practices and policies.
Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
Workday Pro certifications (HCM, Payroll, Security, Reporting) preferred.
aPHR or PHR certification preferred.
Pay & Perks:
Compensation is $60,000 to $65,00 annually. This was established after performing market research and is aligned with our approach to compensation.
