Director of Finance Benefits & Compensation
- Annual salary of $90,000–$105,000 plus bonus eligibility

Director of Finance Requirements & Qualifications
- B.S. in Accounting or Finance from a four-year college or university
- 5–7 years of progressive experience in public accounting or financial management, including supervisory or department head roles
- Strong knowledge of general and accrual accounting principles
- Excellent math, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience managing teams and supervising staff
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules
- Must pass background and credit check
Director of Finance Preferred Background & Skills
- CPA or MBA
- Venue, hospitality, or entertainment industry experience
- Proficiency with ADP payroll, AXS ticketing, NetSuite accounting, Coupa, and Microsoft Office
Director of Finance Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead all financial, accounting, purchasing, and internal control operations for the venue
- Supervise Finance Department and Box Office employees, ensuring adherence to policies and regulations
- Oversee payroll, accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and financial statement preparation
- Review and manage contracts, event settlements, vendor agreements, and financial reporting
- Analyze financial performance, cost structures, and recommend actions for business success
- Collaborate with department managers on annual budget development, forecasting, and compliance
- Ensure accurate and timely tax filings, audit preparation, and risk management coordination
- Address staff development, performance appraisals, and HR-related matters in partnership with Human Resources
