Responsibilities Include:
- Create and maintain a safe, professional, and people-focused work environment across multiple manufacturing sites.
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and plans that support growth, operational goals, and employee engagement.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to ensure consistent HR practices across locations.
- Oversee talent acquisition, workforce planning, and succession planning for all levels, from shop floor to leadership.
- Foster positive employee relations, acting as a trusted resource for both leadership and team members.
- Drive employee development programs, performance management, and training initiatives, including safety, compliance, and operational excellence programs.
- Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws, including OSHA, FMLA, wage and hour, and safety regulations.
- Serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership, helping shape company culture and long-term workforce strategy.
Qualifications Include:
- 8–12+ years of progressive HR experience, with several years in a senior or director-level role (manufacturing experience strongly preferred).
- Proven knowledge of labor laws, multi-site HR operations, and compliance.
- Experience managing large employee populations, ideally 500+ employees across multiple locations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong leadership presence.
- Demonstrated ability to drive HR strategy and initiatives that align with business goals.
- Strong project management, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
