- HR Generalist
Description
We are searching for a Human Resources Generalist who excels in fast-moving workplaces and is passionate about supporting both employees and leaders within a growing company. This position offers the chance to contribute significantly to field operations by handling employee relations, recruitment and performance management.
Additionally, we need an engaging individual to take charge of all HR responsibilities throughout the organization. This individual will oversee every stage of the employee lifecycle, manage and mentor the HR team, and ensure that HR functions are performed accurately, promptly, compliantly, and efficiently. The HR Generalist duties include streamlining and standardizing procedures, removing redundant tasks, and guaranteeing uniform execution across administrative and operational departments.
Requirements
Minimum of 4-6 years Human Resources experience supporting frontline staff
Prior experience in employee relations is required.
Professional HR certification, such as PHR or SHRM, is preferred.
Proficiency with HRIS platforms
Willingness to travel several times per quarter and on an as-needed basis; overnight travel may be necessary.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, with strong skills in communication, attention to detail, follow-up, prioritization, and organization.
Proven expertise in employee relations, investigations, and HR compliance.
Experience managing leave- of- absence programs (e.g., FMLA, ADA).
Background in supporting full-cycle recruitment processes.
Experience providing support for multi-state operations.
Ability to start immediately.
Current, valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record.
Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative, solve problems, execute process improvements, and lead change.
