Job Summary: Join our dynamic Human Resources team at WSB as a Human Resources Contractor and play a pivotal role in scaling national field-based hiring. You will source, recruit, hire, and onboard staff in multiple cities across the country.
What you will do:
- Source active and passive candidates using recruitment tools, cold calling, employee referrals, and other networking methods.
- Build and manage candidate pipelines for high-volume, entry-level field-based positions.
- Extend offer letters, track acceptances, and run background checks to secure hires.
- Execute weekly onboarding processes, including new hire set up and I9 verifications.
- Promote WSB's culture and values throughout the recruitment process.
Skills:
- Talent sourcing and pipeline management in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ADP Workforce Now preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building communication skills.
- Attention to detail and processes.
- Excellent time management and prioritization abilities with the ability to adapt to change quickly.
What you will bring:
- Experience: 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment or outside sales experience; AEC industry experience preferred.
- General knowledge of recruitment tools and employee hiring processes.
- Experience using an applicant tracking system with a preference for ADP Workforce Now.
