Apartment Cleaner at Marsden
Shift Details:
Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 1:30 pm
Hours per Week: 15.5

Little Canada, MN
Job Description:
Applicants must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to qualify for this position. This role involves cleaning the common areas of three apartment buildings located within 10 minutes of each other in St. Paul, MN.
Job Duties:
- Cleaning restrooms (including toilets and sinks)
- Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
- Removing trash and replacing liners
- Cleaning glass surfaces (doors and windows)
- Restocking restroom supplies (toilet paper, paper towels)
- Dusting common areas
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and current car insurance
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Comfortable driving in winter conditions
- Pre-employment drug screen required
- THC is not included in the drug screening panel for applicants living in Minnesota
- Physically able to bend, lift up to 30 lbs., walk quickly, and remain on your feet throughout the shift
- Willing to consent to a background check
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Basic English proficiency required for safety
