Regional HR Director (Bilingual Preferred)
Lead. Build. Inspire.
Are you a hands-on, high-energy HR leader ready to make a real impact across multiple sites? We’re seeking a strategic, business-savvy HR executive to lead HR across three fast-paced manufacturing facilities. You’ll build and mentor a high-performing HR team, partner with plant leadership, and drive talent, compliance, and organizational initiatives that fuel business growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead: Coach and develop site HR staff, creating a unified, high-performing regional team
- Partner: Serve as a senior HR business partner to plant and operations leadership
- Protect & Comply: Ensure California, Oregon, and federal employment law compliance
- Grow Talent: Drive recruiting, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and employee development
- Measure & Influence: Oversee HR compliance programs, budgets, and workforce analytics
- Be Present: Maintain a visible, hands-on presence across all sites (travel up to 40%)
What You Bring:
- 10+ years progressive HR experience, including multi-site/multi-state leadership
- Manufacturing, food production, or regulated production experience
- Deep knowledge of California and Oregon employment laws
- Experience supervising HR staff across multiple locations
- Strong business acumen, financial literacy, and ability to influence leaders at all levels
- Resilient, solutions-oriented, and energized by challenges
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
Preferred:
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification
- Experience supporting rapid growth, facility openings, or M&A integration
- Familiarity with HRIS/ATS platforms for hourly/manufacturing hiring
