Job Description:
The staff speech pathologist will provide a full range of diagnostic and clinical services for inpatients and outpatients who may be classified as infant, child, adolescent, adult, and geriatric, with speech and language problems, cognitive deficits, voice and fluency problems, and swallowing in a multidisciplinary team approach and participation.
The therapist must be licensed as a certified speech pathologist in the State of Oklahoma, or be eligible for licensure.
Requirements

At least 1 year of SLP experience - [REQUIRED]
Experience with neurogenic patients, Dysphagia - [PREFERRED]
Recent traveler experience - [PREFERRED]
ACLS preferred - please include in packet in addition to other certifications, if traveler has this requirement
Profile Requirements:
Skills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty
2 Supervisory Reference Forms, taken within the last two years
Licensure & Certifications (OK State License or compact & BLS - AHA, NIH, ACLS - AHA Preferred)
