Job Summary of VP of HR |
The VP of HR is an executive who leads the human resources function, aligning it with the company's overall strategy. S/He reports directly to the President & CEO and oversees strategic planning, compliance, and employee management to drive organizational success. S/He shall partner with Executive Staff, Supervisors, Managers, and HR colleagues in achieving company goals related to strengthening our company culture, improving leadership and employee effectiveness, and enhancing talent management so that ACR is strategically prepared for future business challenges. Additionally, the VP provides oversight for the management of contractual obligations throughout the company, administration of the Export Control Program as it pertains to trade/export compliance with ITAR and EAR regulations, and is responsible for guiding management, staff, and administration that have an impact on contractual and import/export decisions of the Company. |
