Work Environment
This role is structured for a remote setting, allowing accomplished professionals to balance work and life while effectively supporting our outpatient clients. Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive psychotherapy services tailored to individual clients while also offering relational and family therapy to couples and family units, allowing for integrated approaches to mental health.
- Conduct thorough assessments, establish accurate diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans and progress notes, utilizing preferred modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to achieve optimal treatment outcomes.
- Engage in consultations with medical professionals both within and outside of our facility to coordinate care and ensure a holistic approach to patient treatment.
- Maintain stringent compliance with all regulatory standards for medical documentation, ensuring that records reflect the necessary details for effective client care.
Patient Population / Client Focus
Our clients are diverse, ranging from individuals facing personal challenges to couples and families navigating complex relational issues. You will serve a wide spectrum of patients, addressing a variety of mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship dissatisfaction. Qualifications
- A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
- An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a therapeutic or clinical environment, demonstrating capability in providing effective mental health services.
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to establish rapport with clients and collaborate with healthcare teams.
- Strong adherence to maintaining professional boundaries and upholding client confidentiality.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working in a remote healthcare setting is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with various therapeutic models and techniques to adapt interventions to suit the needs of our client demographics.
- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for managing documentation and client interactions.
Compensation and Benefits
