Description
*HR Assistant (Entry-Level, Hourly)* *Dutchman Hospitality Group – Walnut Creek, OH (Onsite)*Dutchman Hospitality Group is seeking a *professional, detail-oriented HR Clerk/Administrator* to join our Human Resources team. This is an *entry-level, hourly role* ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and interested in building a career in Human Resources.
In this position, you'll play an important role in supporting employees and applicants while helping ensure HR processes run smoothly and accurately. You'll also gain hands-on exposure to key HR functions such as onboarding, employee support, and recruiting coordination.
*What You'll Do*
* Serve as the first point of contact by answering and directing calls and greeting visitors
* Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR systems
* Assist with new hire paperwork and onboarding processes
* Support recruiting efforts, including job postings and applicant coordination
* Respond to employee questions and escalate as appropriate
* Help coordinate employee programs and company events
* Maintain an organized office environment and manage supplies
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team

* Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities
* Discretion and sound judgment with sensitive information
* Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and learning new systems

Previous office, administrative, or customer service experience is helpful, but not required.
