Requirements
Minimum Qualifications (Depending on Role)
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business/Public Administration, or a related field.
Professional HR experience ranging from 3+ years (Advisor roles) to 6+ years (Manager role).
Experience in one or more HR specialties such as employee/labor relations, recruitment, benefits, compensation, or HRIS.
Knowledge of employment laws, HR policies/practices, and (for applicable roles) labor contracts and grievance processes.
Strong communication, relationship building, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage detailed work, handle sensitive issues, and collaborate effectively across departments.
Leadership or supervisory experience required for the HR Manager role; preferred for Senior Advisor.
Advanced degrees or HR certifications (such as SHRM, WorldatWork, CEBS, CBP, or CCP) are preferred depending on position.
