LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Human Resource Administrator at our manufacturing client in Collegeville, PA . The Human Resources Administrator will support daily HR operations and help ensure a positive employee experience. This role is on site and requires someone who is organized, detail oriented, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative HR tasks. This position offers an excellent opportunity to build HR skills and gain exposure to different areas of the function, with guidance from the HR Manager and HR Director.
The HR Administrator will work closely with employees and leaders across the business, providing helpful information, maintaining accurate records, and supporting HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle.

Job Description:
Human Resources Representative
Coordinate full -cycle recruiting for hourly a roles, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication. Help coordinate interview schedules for Salaried positions. Facilitate the onboarding process, including pre-employment requirements, new hire orientation, and completion of all required documentation. Act as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns. Support the rollout of employee engagement programs, communications, and recognition activities. Maintain employee files, HRIS data accuracy, attendance records, and training documentation in compliance with AMETEK and regulatory requirements. Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws (EEO, FMLA, FLSA, OSHA, etc.). Coordinate leaves of absence, workers' compensation claims, and safety-related documentation
Recommended Pay Rate: $30 per hour
About site: 190-200 employees, production staff work three shifts. 160 are in direct labor roles that don't have emails or company cell phones and require in-person support
Minimum Experience:
- Microsoft Outlook
- Microsoft Excel
- Some HR experience would be nice
- Ability to be friendly
- Strong organizational skills and ability to follow-up
- SAP Success Factors product for HRIS that is user-friendly, must be able to pick up easily
- Good tech skills
- Able to handle questions
