Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs, ensuring that evaluations are comprehensive and personalized for each individual.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapy techniques relevant to clients' unique situations.
• Provide virtual therapy sessions utilizing secure, HIPAA-compliant digital platforms to maintain client confidentiality and safety.
• Work collaboratively with clients to set therapeutic goals and adjust treatment strategies as needed based on their progress and feedback.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation of therapy sessions, treatment plans, and client progress to ensure quality care and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, along with substantial experience, preferably including a master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a related area.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and create a safe, trusting environment for clients during remote sessions.
• Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and professional integrity in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to effectively handle a client caseload and adhere to documentation standards.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of professional experience as a mental health counselor or therapist is required.
• Experience with teletherapy or delivering mental health services through digital platforms strongly preferred.
• A background in working with specific populations (e.g., children, veterans, the elderly) or specialized issues (e.g., trauma, substance use) is advantageous.
• Familiarity with evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness practices.
