Inner Growth P.C. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team on a full-time basis, specifically to provide essential mental health services in a school-based setting. Work Environment

This position is designed as a remote opportunity, allowing for flexibility in work hours while primarily servicing students within their educational environments. As part of a dynamic mental health team, our LCSWs are encouraged to collaborate with educational professionals to build a comprehensive support system utilizing technology to ensure seamless communication and care delivery.

Key Responsibilities

As an LCSW with Inner Growth P.C., your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments of students to identify their mental health needs and developing tailored treatment plans that reflect the best practices in solution-focused care.
• Implementing various evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adapting approaches to align with individual student circumstances.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations to safeguard patient information while ensuring legal and ethical practice.
• Collaborating with educational staff, including teachers and administrators, to optimize the delivery of mental health services and enhance the support students receive.
• Engaging in regular case consultations and peer reviews, contributing to the collective knowledge and enhancing the quality of care delivered.
• Providing educational resources and support to students and their families, helping to demystify mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources.
• Staying updated with the latest research and innovations in mental health to continuously integrate this knowledge into clinical practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with students and their families, addressing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and more. Your role will contribute significantly to their emotional development and academic success, promoting a positive learning environment.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Nevada.
• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience with a strong focus on psychotherapy services for diverse populations, preferably with children and adolescents.
• Proficient in solution-based therapy techniques and methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective relationships with students, families, and professionals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proven capacity to think critically in complex situations.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in school settings or with children and adolescent populations.
• Familiarity with educational systems and resources available for students.
