Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings that evaluate clients' mental health concerns and help determine the appropriate treatment plans.
- Create and implement individualized therapy programs that address the unique challenges and goals of each client, accommodating specific familial and relational dynamics.
- Facilitate evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions that promote healing and open discussion.
- Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure clients receive integrated and thorough care.
- Support clients' families with guidance and resources as they navigate the recovery journey, emphasizing the importance of family involvement in therapy.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in line with ethical guidelines and regulatory standards, ensuring the highest level of ethical practice.
Patient Population / Client Focus
The patients you will work with come from a variety of backgrounds and present a range of mental health and relational issues, including anxiety, depression, and family conflicts. Qualifications
- A current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential.
- A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to establish a secure therapeutic relationship with clients.
- Ability to demonstrate genuine empathy, compassion, and a nonjudgmental approach when addressing clients' concerns.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to effectively manage caseloads and administrative responsibilities.
Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to USD 105,000, based on experience and qualifications.
