Work Environment
This position is fully remote, allowing for flexible scheduling while being a part of a vibrant team dedicated to mental health advocacy. Although team meetings and client consultations occur virtually, we maintain a collaborative atmosphere, utilizing various digital tools to ensure seamless communication and teamwork. Our work-life balance is prioritized, with a structured schedule of Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, to help you maintain a healthy separation between work and personal life.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough client assessments in order to develop personalized treatment strategies that suit each individual's circumstances.
- Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, and families, employing evidence-based methods tailored to their specific challenges.
- Support clients in achieving their mental health goals through effective engagement and culturally competent care.
- Maintain accurate, confidential records of client interactions and treatment progress, adhering to ethical and legal standards.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss strategies and share insights that enhance clinical practices and improve client outcomes.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
- A master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
- An active and unrestricted LCMHC (Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor) license in Vermont is essential for this role.
- Strong familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and demonstrated experience working with a diverse client population.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Preferred Experience
- At least two years of post-graduate experience in a mental health counseling role, with a focus on clinical practice.
- Experience working with specific populations, such as children and families, or expertise in trauma-informed care, is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of current mental health trends, best practices, and regulatory standards.
Compensation and Benefits
This rewarding position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
