Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Professional Counselor with Gotham Enterprises, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing high-quality, evidence-based counseling services through telehealth technologies to a varied client base.
• Conducting thorough assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions tailored to each client's needs.
• Documenting session notes and client progress in adherence to privacy and regulatory standards, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
• Actively participating in ongoing training and professional development sessions to enhance therapeutic skills and stay updated on best practices in mental health care.
• Collaborating with other mental health professionals and resources available within our platform to provide integrated care for clients.
• Managing a full caseload of clients, leveraging marketing and referral opportunities provided by Gotham Enterprises to ensure a consistent flow of clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your practice will encompass a broad range of clients seeking mental health support, including those dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health conditions. You will have the opportunity to work with diverse populations, emphasizing the importance of cultural competence and individualized care to meet each client's unique context and needs.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Michigan.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain a flexible approach in a home-office setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, contributing to professional interactions with clients, families, and administrative personnel.
• A dedicated and private space for providing telehealth services, compliant with HIPAA privacy regulations.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, the following will be considered a plus:

• Experience in managing a diverse caseload with varying mental health needs.
• Dual or multi-state licensing, enhancing your ability to serve clients across Michigan.
• Previous experience in a telehealth setting, ideally utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Compensation and Benefits

At Gotham Enterprises Ltd, we value the contributions of our team and offer a competitive compensation package, including:

• A salary range of USD 90,000 – 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
