Okland Construction Company, Inc. in Salt Lake City, UT is hiring a Senior HR Generalist. Must have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a closely related field or an equivalent foreign degree, plus: 2 years of experience speaking Spanish in a workplace setting or have graduated with a bachelor’s degree where the coursework was in Spanish; 2 years of experience working with geographically-dispersed, virtual teams; 3 years of experience using HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite; 2 years of experience with compensation analysis and workplace investigations;  3 years of experience with U.S. employment laws, compensation structures, and benefits administration; and 5 years of experience in HR functions in a generalist role.
